Experienced Paraplanners

(Vacancies in Primrose Hill, London and Richmond, North Yorkshire)

Salary to £35k plus bonus and benefits

jonathanfry plc provides holistic financial planning, discretionary investment management and cash management to HNW personal and corporate clients. 

Exciting opportunities have arisen for experienced paraplanners to join our London (Primrose Hill) and North Yorkshire (Richmond) offices.  The successful candidates will provide extensive support to a small team of financial advisers and wealth managers specialising in the provision of a range of financial services to high net worth clients.

The Roles:

• Manage the planning workflow
• Receive and implement requests from financial advisers and wealth managers
• Gather and record client data
• Prepare suitability and other reports to a professional standard, in a timely manner
• Provide information for annual reviews and identify areas not covered
• Communicate with selected clients (face to face or remote) and third parties
• Undertake financial planning and fund / product based research
• Operate within the compliance and corporate standards of the business
• Undertake appropriate professional development and training

We are seeking individuals with superb technical knowledge, and a clear understanding of the planner's role. As well as being solutions orientated, candidates should also be imaginative, highly organised, analytical and methodical, and have good attention to detail.

Strong inter-personal skills are also a pre-requisite for the roles to inspire client trust and confidence. You should be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, and have excellent report writing skills.

The ideal candidate will be at least FPC / CFP qualified, ideally to Diploma level, working towards CII chartered status or IFP Certificate.

Experience of 1^st Adviser Office software would also be an advantage.
